I'm 13 and is going to be an unaccompanied minor. Any tips?
I'm 13 and going to my grandmas house in Dayton ,Ohio I live in Raleigh,nc I'm taking air trans. My flight is June first. I leave rdu (airport) at eight thirty and taking a plane to Atlanta that will land at ninE thirty. Then I stay at Atlanta for about an hour then get on another plane to Dayton and arrive at eleven. IM very worried!! What if I miss my flight while I'm in Atlanta? And I don't have a cell pho ne... I'm also afraid of strangers and things like that! I know I need to calm down, can you explain to me what's going to happen and some tips?

AirTran does not accept unaccompanied minors on the last flight of the day. This policy enables the Escort on Arrival to receive a gate pass and progress through the security check point to meet the child at their arrival gate in a timely manner, and minimizes the likelihood of an unaccompanied minor being caught overnight in a connecting city.
